As a draftsman with over 10 years experience in the design industry Cliff Kearns is very familiar with the building and construction sector. Growing up with a dad as a builder, Cliff has been exposed to the Design & Building Industry long before entering his trade as a Draftsman and managing his own company for the past 9 years.

With his exposure to construction and growing up in a town experiencing constant development Cliff became passionate about offering a service with a point of difference, so established his own business 9 years ago. The goal - to get to know his clients and understand what their needs and requirements for a home are. To help people in creating functional living spaces with appealing elevations creating a home that the owner can be proud of.

Cliff's understanding of sustainability and orientation, plus experience with small and large parcels of land gives him the ability to create homes that are environmentally clever.  This not only saves money but also creates a more comfortable home to live in all year round.
