It begins with an initial meeting giving you the opportunity to communicate to the experienced designer the requirements you desire in your new home. We will then sketch your ideas down and present you with a floor plan at no obligation.

Should you wish to proceed with a more detailed set of plans a PPA (Preparation of Plans Agreement) needs to be signed and a drafting deposit paid.

Once we have your full set of working drawings signed off by you, we will begin retaining quotes to provide you with a cost for the construction of your new home. On acceptance of our tender submission a Building Contract is signed.  Both the Directors and a Client Liaison Officer are available to you to guide you through all aspects of the building process.

Immediately after contract signing, all documents are prepared and lodged for building approval.
